“I never thought I could obtain culinary skills without going to college. This is a great program and now I have a job!”

The Dining with Dignity Training program (or DDTP) is a ground breaking new program that offers culinary training as a way to change lives! DDTP’s core program will help unemployed men and women replace limited skills, homelessness, addiction, and incarceration with new careers and changed lives. The
Source’s training program is based on three beliefs:
To use food as a tool to strengthen bodies physically and spiritually, empower minds, and build communities.
To realize that people have an incredible capacity to transform their lives when they have the right tools and support.
To provide real solutions and value to the community for long-term sustainability.
The Source’s three month training program provides the basic skills in the food service industry. DDTP was created to help resolve greater issues of hunger, homelessness, poverty, under employment and chronic unemployment. We work with adults who are willing to do what it takes to turn their lives around.
