Dignity Jobs provides structured work opportunities within The Source, allowing members in Indian River County to gain real experience while contributing to daily operations. Through consistent roles and responsibilities, participants build confidence, develop strong work habits, and earn a dignified income.
Every position plays an important role in supporting the programs, services, and facilities that keep The Source running each day. From food service to maintenance and facility support, members take on meaningful responsibilities that require reliability, teamwork, and accountability. This hands-on experience creates a foundation for job readiness while reinforcing the value of showing up, contributing, and taking ownership of one’s work.
For many individuals rebuilding their lives, the willingness to work is already present, but opportunities to prove that ability can be limited. Dignity Jobs was created to bridge that gap by providing a consistent place to work, grow, and rebuild confidence. Through daily structure and responsibility, members begin to see what they are capable of achieving.
As skills develop and confidence grows, participants are better prepared to pursue employment beyond The Source.
