The students and the kitchen staff recently went on a half day charter boat fishing expedition

They were able to do this because we have implemented that the tips from all the catering events be put into a separate fund just for the students. So for this special event we shut down the kitchen and provided pizza for lunch and let the staff go fishing. Ms. Toni Moore, our kitchen manager, caught the biggest fish!
